Summary
In this role, you will act as the Vizient single source of contact (below Partners’ CEO level) and manage the ongoing business partnership from initial discussions through all process improvements and initiatives. You will partner with Vizient leadership to identify, implement and lead strategic initiatives that positively impact the strategic relationship. You will promote internal or external partnership optimization to enhance and simplify the business processes and capture / report out on how the Partners membership impacts the Vizient client’s overall value delivery. You will also collaborate across the organization to ensure the appropriate internal and external parties are included in strategic conversations to address Partners’ Cooperative leadership’s needs and expectations.

Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

Requirements
- Act as the single initial source of contact for all Partners’ team member requests to streamline communications and necessary follow-up between Vizient and Partners Cooperative.
- Lead the development and ongoing support of the Partners program’s overarching structure, successfully develop and implement Vizient processes and procedures to increase contract commitment and develop aligned goals for executing mutually agreed-upon strategies.
- Work with Vizient and Partners Cooperative’ contracting, membership and implementation teams and lead all aspects of both Vizient and Partners Cooperative communications and ensure alignment of both Vizient and Partners Cooperative related to onboarding of all new Partners membership initiatives is consistently met.
- Research and identify opportunities for new Vizient value propositions and capabilities, including outlining the recommendations and leading the execution of process improvements for the Partners program.
- Establish and track program success metrics and deliverables, including tracking program revenue and sales to identify potential cost savings for Vizient’s members to convert business to Partners programs .
- Act as the initial and primary liaison between Partners’ and Vizient’s accounting, finance, and implementation team(s) to ensure all customized Vizient and Partners financial reporting is delivered. Maintain Vizient SharePoint to track all Partners quarterly member rebates to ensure this information is made readily available to all Vizient Spend Management Delivery team members for inclusion in their Value Delivery initiatives.
- Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of promotional materials and training documents for new Partners members, both within Vizient Spend Management Delivery as well as the Partners leadership team.
- Ongoing collaboration with Vizient and Partners leadership to gather feedback on any area within the partnership requiring process improvement, continuous collaborating with your Vizient peers on best practices, and providing suggestions for revised Vizient Spend Management strategies.
- Continuous monitoring of mutual partnership success, communicating the value of your role as a dedicated resource, focusing on achievements, identification of potential opportunities, and suggestions to eliminate the barriers that could negatively impact KPI’s.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience and working knowledge in Vizient aggregation networks client membership processes, from existing clients new membership, greenspace client implementation, GPO financial guarantees, value delivery for quarterly reporting highly preferred.
- Experience working directly with Partners Cooperative highly preferred.
- Strong communications, customer relations, and project management skills required.
- Willingness to travel.
