The Account Executive of VIZIO Ads will be responsible for selling VIZIO’s suite of streaming and cross device ad solutions. The New York based team member, will be tasked with building senior in-market relationships, driving sustainable revenue and owning a forecasting strategy, and evangelizing VIZIO’s go to market story. In this individual contributor role, this Account Executive will be focused on generating ad revenue as part of the Media & Entertainment team, with the primary advertising categories being Streaming, FAST, Theatrical and Tune-in, etc. If you have the ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a dynamic start-up environment with a positive demeanor, then come join our team!
What You Will Do
- Maintain, grow, and develop sales strategies to achieve sales quotas.
- Have active relationships within the agency and client direct community.
- Strategically identify and build a pipeline of sales targets.
- Act as a consultant to define clients advertising needs and communicate/present VIZIO’s data driven sales solutions to meet their objectives.
- Be a team player and partner with Account Managers to manage, renew and upsell existing clients, ensuring clients’ needs are being met.
- Collaborate across VIZIO teams with Marketing, Analytics, and Client Services to provide actionable insights and solutions based on clients needs.
- Accurately forecast, track, report sales performance, including budgets, dates, and probability to close in Salesforce.
- Develop presentations and marketing materials to respond to RFPs in a timely manner.
- Position solutions against competitive offerings in marketplace.
About You
- 5 years of Ad Sales and/or Media, Ad Agency or Digital Agency experience. Bachelor’s Degree.
- Knowledge of online video, livestreaming, OTT, advertising, payment, analytics, and technology companies.
- Solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience. Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
- A team player that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment. A highly motivated and results-driven self-starter.
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and values accountability.

For New York-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $114,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $131,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
