Follow steps and processes as outlined in Best Roofing University.JOB DESCRIPTION : Oversees / Enforces subcontractor’s quality of work to Best Roofing standards.WHY BEST?Competitive hourly rate depending on experience.Medical, dental, vision, life and voluntary insurancesPaid time off401k with Company matchCompany cell phone.Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.Responsibilities Enforces probing seams and checking penetrations everyday.No temporary work (Finish as you go).Inspect tie-ins.Enforces housekeeping at the job site.Responsible for daily inventory of materials and Best Roofing equipment.Responsible for ensuring all proofs of delivery are sent to the Construction Manager.Coordinates daily communication regarding work areas with tenants / clients.Responsible for onsite communication with consultants and city inspectors.Responsible to provide daily pictures and videos of project’s progress.Daily onsite contact for subcontractor.Responsible for Best Roofing equipment maintenance and ensuring necessary fuel, oil, and maintenance supplies are on hand.Work with Construction Manager to schedule crane and dumpster switch outs when necessary.Supervises project safety set up and daily execution.Enforces Best Roofing’s subcontractor apparel rules.Maintains Best Roofing’s equipment and assigned vehicle(s) to company standards.Records daily work hours on AboutTime software.Other duties as assigned.KEY RESULTS : All quality, safety & productivity Objectives are achieved on your projects.Requirements SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry.Minimum 1 year experience in a management / supervisory role.Great customer service skills.Excellent communicator both up and down the organizational chart.Follow up on a timely manner with all subcontractors, employees, and customers.Team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.Ability to anticipate and plan for the unforeseen.Possesses a high set of moral and ethical standards both in business dealings and in personal life.Good math and language (both written and verbally) skills.Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage difficult situations with both employees and clients.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Willing and able to ascend ladders and use other means to access roofs, work at heights, and variable slopes.Ability to move / transport items 50 pounds or less.All job offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of a drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check.
