Vizit is seeking a highly talented and experienced B2B PLG Product Manager passionate about the future of AI to join our team. As part of our 2-person product team, you will own the planning and execution of our PLG strategy, bringing Vizit’s visual insights to small and medium-sized eCommerce brands selling online.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Execution : Collaborate with our Principal PM to understand our core business challenges, developing and executing on a tactical roadmap for PLG.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
Customer-Centric Development : Identify, recruit, and leverage new customers for Vizit in the SMB space. Use these customers to rapidly iterate toward a full-fledged product.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Support our Principal PM, CTO, and design team by collecting and analyzing data to make difficult prioritization calls.
KPI Management : Define and continuously improve our product and business PLG KPIs.
Agile Development : Play a critical role in the development process, running estimation and planning sessions, and assisting with story-writing as necessary.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in building / shipping SaaS products.
Industry Experience : eCommerce experience very strongly preferred.
PLG : Experience building a PLG motion from the ground up, preferably in an existing B2B SaaS company.
Startup Savvy : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with high expectations for customer success and product development velocity.
Technical Acumen : Familiarity with SaaS architectures, SDLC paradigms, and extensive experience collaborating with software engineering teams.
Full Product Lifecycle : Hands-on experience leading full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, conducting design sprints, and driving prioritization.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
AI & Analytics Experience : Experience with AI and advanced analytics technologies is a plus.
Location : Boston-based or East Coast preferred.
