Vizmeg Landscape is looking to add a Lawn Maintenance Foreman to our team in Stow, OH! As our Foreman, you will be contributing to the customers overall satisfaction. You will be responsible for running and managing a lawn maintenance route for spring / fall clean up, lawn maintenance, lawn renovation, and more! Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in landscaping and at least 2 years of experience managing a crew. Submit your current resume today to be considered for this position!

What you’ll be doing :

  • Oversees and works on full service commercial and residential mowing and maintenance projects
  • Mentors and trains new laborers
  • Responsible for softscape tasks such as : Planting, seeding, topsoil applications, mulching and pruning
  • Pruning ability to shape and manage ornamental tree shrubs
  • Manages the installs of landscape features, such as : Flowerbeds, edging, and mulch beds
  • Reading blueprints and specifications of projects

    • What you need to succeed :

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Landscape / Lawn Maintenance industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a landscape / lawn crew
  • Understanding of lawn maintenance equipment and the proper use in varying conditions
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
