We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction HVAC Foreman to oversee HVAC installations, maintenance, and system operations on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, leadership abilities, and a proven record of ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians and installers on commercial construction projects.
- Ensure all HVAC installations are done per project specifications, local codes, and manufacturer requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, sub-contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of safety and enforce OSHA regulations on job sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues that arise during installation and construction.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate HVAC system layout and installation.
- Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the HVAC installation process.
- Train and mentor HVAC technicians and helpers, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
