Requirements for Qualified Candidates :
- Estimating experience for projects $5000000.00 and Less.
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in the Plumbing / HVAC Commercial / industrial.
- Experience using Trimble / Quickpen or Fast pipe (preferred.)
- The ability to manage multiple projects / bids at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in CHRO requirements and Set aside plans.
- Ability to read Blueprints.
- Understanding the bidding process within the Plumbing & HVAC Industry.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs as well as PDF software.
- Experience with mechanical / plumbing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
