What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at VIZONERE?
Duties :
Prepares legal documents for attorneys approval and use.
- Assist in administrative duties such as scheduling filing lawsuits and making sure all parties have been properly served;
- Assist in the retrieval of medical records;
Compiles evidence and supporting information by searching records discovery documents medical records and databases; interviewing clients third parties and expert witnesses.
Prepares legal documents for attorneys approval and use.
Prepares exhibits affidavits and other legal documents.
Begins legal actions by arranging for notice and subpoena service.
Oversees cases by managing files and documents; coordinating with support services and clients the courts opposing counsel; managing trial calendar; maintaining schedules and deadlines; and processing settlement papers.
Assist attorney with summarizing deposition arbitration hearing trial and other transcripts.
Contributes to team effort as needed.
Assist with scheduling clients.
