Job Summary
The Thread Roll Operator position involves setting up and operating roller equipment to meet production requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean organized work area.
- Set up and operate equipment as needed.
- Conduct first piece inspections monitor part quality and make adjustments to uphold quality standards.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
- Move materials by operating a forklift or using nonmotorized equipment as necessary.
- Perform minor maintenance on machines as needed.
- Assist other operators as required.
- Propose process improvement ideas.
- Execute other duties assigned by the supervisor.
