Job Title: Pega Developer / Senior Pega System Architect
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Visa : GCEAD, EAD
Targeted Years of Experience: 12 years
Hybrid role: Need to be in the office 3 days/week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pega senior system architect who collaborates with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
- Works closely with the Pega platform team to understand current operating procedures, program objectives, and business requirements that drive the design and development of high-quality technical solutions.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 6 years of total experience in IT - hands-on delivery of large enterprise complex solutions.
- 4 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using PegaSystems PRPC tool.
- Hands-on Experience in designing and Implementing enterprise-class rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Reports and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management, and various PRPC Integrations.
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle, AWS services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
- Experienced in integration with Database, Web Services, MQ, and Middleware technologies.
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience in AI technologies is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree
- Pega CSSA certification
- Pega CPDC(Optional)
- AWS Certifications(Optional)
