Accountant - Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable Accountant collaborates closely with other talented accounting and finance staff to promote integrity and spearhead billing operations. While reporting to the Regional Finance Director, this role has opportunities to collaborate with other AR accountants, run the full-cycle billing process, and oversee collections response. They will work directly with both internal stake holders and external customers while creating a customer centric approach to accounts receivable, collections, and credit management. Tasks and Duties

• Full Cycle AR{​{:}} Reviewing and processing invoices, refunds, and credit memo

s• Ensure all bank deposits are recorded timely and accuratel

y• Make daily collection calls/email

• sSend statements to outstanding customer

s• Provide excellent customer service while responding to customer emails and phone call

s• Conduct account research and analysi

s• Maintain an accurate aging report and actively address any aged item

s• Review and approve credit limit and term increase

s• Reconcile A/R to the G/

L• Perform other related month end activity and tasks assigned by the Finance Directo

s• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferred or equivalent work experience in relevant rol

e• 2-5 years of accounts receivable experienc

e• Excellent organizational and time management skill

s• Dependable and self motivate

n• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages; experience with Navision and Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
