Job Overview :
To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States, CATL, through its U.S.-based subsidiary, CATK, is seeking a talented and dedicated Building Management System (BMS) Engineer to join our team. As a BMS Engineer at CATK, you'll be responsible for constructing, integrating, optimizing, and maintaining BMS. Your main tasks include integrating HVAC, utility equipment, fire alarm, security, and other building systems into the BMS to ensure efficient performance and energy savings.
Essential Functions :
- Lead the construction and integration of BMS, integrating HVAC, utility equipment, fire alarm, security, and other building systems.
- Monitor and adjust system settings to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership to a diverse team, offering guidance, training, and technical support to facility staff.
- Evaluate and implement upgrades and enhancements to improve BMS functionality and efficiency.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for BMS management and operations.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
