What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at VJ Technologies?
Job Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans that include scheduling timelines, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and adjusting as necessary.
- Maintain schedules for all Engineering work, including new development, continuous improvement, and research and development efforts.
- Support the Sales Team in preparing formal Engineering reports for submission to customers while coordinating with Technical Documentation Specialists.
- Propose budgets, staffing, and equipment needs.
- Assist the General Manager with customer management and communication.
- Work with the General Manager to create, maintain, and report on projects and schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Engineering Departments.
- Develop reports and generate presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Effectively utilize the ERP System.
- FOLLOW ALL VJX AND OSHA WORKPLACE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES.
