VKB Homes is the top home remodeling company in the Fox Valley Region, and we are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to add to our growing team! Description of position :
- A self starter position that requires both a jobsite ownership mindset and ability to lead others.
- Working multiple jobsites to help get projects to completion.
- Managing the workflow on multiple projects.
- Finish carpentry work, tile, trim, and cabinet installation in mostly residential and some small commercial settings.
- VKB Team members need to be able to work well with each other and be able to keep focused and stay on task working alone.
- Time management skills are needed to ensure jobs get done promptly, within allotted timeframes.
- Attention to job safety, cleanliness of job sites, and customer relations are highly valued.
