1. Process Analysis and Workflow Design:
Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Map current-state processes using tools like igrafix or Visio and design future-state workflows optimized for automation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Create comprehensive documentation such as Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
3. Automation Opportunity Identification:
Evaluate tasks within workflows for automation feasibility based on complexity, ROl, and trategic importance.
Propose RPA or other automation solutions tailored to business needs.
4. Solution Translation:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers. The details should include source of data, the inputs, logic and output.
5. Collaboration and Change Management:
Facilitate discussions between stakeholders, developers, and project teams to align on objectives and solutions.
