Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

3 years of handson experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role.

Strong understanding of Jira administration workflows automations and permissions.

Indepth knowledge of JQL Board management and Dashboard configurations.

Experience with integrating Jira with other systems and tools.

Familiarity with scripting with REST API to automate processes against Atlassian products.

Understanding of security principles and experience of Rolebased Access Control with Atlassian products.

Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
