Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Marketplace Manager to oversee and optimize our presence on Amazon. This role is responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales strategies, handling advertising campaigns, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. The ideal candidate must have experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee and manage Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Amazon policies.
  • Product Listings & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A Content) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Advertising & PPC Management: Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI.
  • Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including promotions, pricing adjustments, and competitor analysis.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, BSR) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Reviews & Engagement: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to enhance brand reputation.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, mitigating risks of suspensions or penalties.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on sales, advertising performance, and profitability to provide actionable insights to leadership. Leverage demand marketing by analyzing historical sales data, seasonal trends, and market insights to forecast inventory needs and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Industry Knowledge: Leverage your experience and industry knowledge to challenge and improve on existing internal processes, offerings, and positioning to help build a better Peachybbies.
  • Market Trends: Maintain a detailed awareness of relevant market trends that may directly and/or indirectly impact your accounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of progressive account management responsibility in medium-large consumer goods organization.
  • 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central and Vendor Central).
  • Complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create strategies, execute plans and key initiatives.
  • Very strong analytical skills and understanding of translating category data into insights to influence decisions. ROI mindset.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and marketplace trends.
  • Experience with Amazon tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in the marketplace.
  • Project-oriented, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CPG Toy and Soft lines industry and customer trends strongly preferred

Work Environment

Professional office setting with a mix of sitting, standing, and occasional walking. Requires use of standard office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Minimal travel. Standard business hours with some flexibility.
