Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team full-time at our North Austin facility. If you're organized, enthusiastic, and eager to make an impact in the e-commerce industry, we’d love to hear from you. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within our company. As part of our shipping team, you’ll manage and process high volumes of orders using ShipStation, ensuring seamless fulfillment for our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of excelling in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, print, and manage orders through ShipStation efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with customer experience representatives to resolve order issues, changes, and cancellations.
- Troubleshoot and collaborate with Shopify and Shipstation to resolve platform or customer related issues
- Perform inventory management tasks, including stock checks, restocking, and product organization.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high shipping standards.
- Assist in improving shipping and receiving workflows to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of e-commerce shipping/management experience.
- 3 years of hands-on experience using ShipStation (required).
- Familiarity with shopping cart platforms like Shopify (highly preferred).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using scanners and inventory management tools.
- Physical ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods.
- Impeccable attendance record.
Schedule and Availability:
This is a full-time, onsite position with the following schedule:
- Saturday through Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Saturday–Wednesday)
- 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM (Thursday)
