As an Agent, your main duty will be to drive sales and revenue by effectively promoting our insurance offerings to prospective clients.

In addition to your regular sales duties, you'll collaborate closely with the business leader to grasp the complexities of running a successful business.

Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to coaching
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth
