Job Title: Java Full-Stack Engineer
Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Location: Fully Remote
Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM IST (primary shift)
Compensation: ₹1.2 LPM (Lakhs Per Month)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain secure, high-quality production-grade code.
Perform code reviews and debugging to ensure optimal functionality.
Work on backend development using Java and microservices architecture.
Build REST APIs and integrate with databases like MongoDB.
Contribute to frontend development using React and JavaScript (20% of the role).
Implement SDLC best practices and advocate for firmwide frameworks/tools.
Actively participate in technical decision-making processes and influence adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate with clients, peers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Attend occasional US timezone meetings/calls as required.

Core Skills:

Experience Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
Proven expertise in backend development with exposure to frontend technologies.
Flexibility to attend US timezone meetings/calls as needed.

Single round of interviews with immediate decision-making.
Direct client interaction for interviews and screenings.

Background verification (BGV) will be conducted.
