Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator for the night shift to operate Flexographic printing equipment. This role involves producing high-quality graphics on paper and film substrates for medical device packaging.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate Flexographic printing equipment to produce required graphics.
Set up printing press components and process printed web materials.
Ensure quality by checking printing mats, aligning, and affixing them correctly.
Inspect raw materials for correct web stock and ink usage.
Perform cleanup and preventive maintenance on printing and slitting equipment.
Make repairs and assist with major repairs in collaboration with the maintenance team.
Record inventory of printing inks, mats, and paper stock.
Qualifications :
Experience in operating Flexographic printing equipment.
Ability to check quality and align printing mats accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on printing equipment.
Experience in inventory control and material recording.
