Job Summary
We are seeking an RN Manager to oversee our Radiology / Medical Imaging department in Santa Rosa, CA. In this role, you will manage one or more units providing ambulatory services , ensuring the highest standard of clinical practice, compliance, and patient care. You will be responsible for developing budgets implementing clinical best practices , and fostering staff development within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Unit Management : Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more radiology / medical imaging units, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
- Clinical Practice Standards : Establish and maintain clinical practice standards in accordance with professional guidelines and regulatory requirements (Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, local / state / federal regulations).
- Budget & Resource Management : Develop, monitor, and manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
- Staff Development : Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical personnel; cultivate a positive work environment that supports professional growth.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to all quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration & Communication : Coordinate with other departments, physicians, and external partners to facilitate efficient patient services; promote strong interpersonal communication across teams.
- Patient-Centered Care : Champion a culture of patient-focused care, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and engagement.
