Your future duties and responsibilities
We are looking for senior Python developer with AWS Development expertise to join our team.
Experience in full life cycle application/system development.
Experience developing in distributed application environments (Database, Transaction Management).
Experience writing conceptual and detailed design documents and developing large scale enterprise applications following an Agile execution model.
Experience in AWS development and services.
Familiar with GIT repositories (Bit Bucket) and Agile Methodology/SCRUM/Kanban/UCD, Terraform, Docker/Container basics.
Source Code Control/Feature Branching/CICD Pipeline Basics, Version Control.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
8 years of Python (Pyspark / AWS SDK Libraries) development experience
Experience in Pandas, Boto3, PySpark, PyTest
Strong SQL development experience
AWS services: Lambda, S3, Step Functions, Glue, EC2, ECS, CloudFormation, RDS, CloudWatch, Redshift, REST API, Docker
Additional skills required are: Git, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, and Agile
Preferably candidates have experience with shell scripting, AWS CLI based executions, application builds and development unit test executions
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills are also required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
