Job Title: Director - Sales
Work Arrangement: Baskin ridge, New Jersey - Fulltime role
Interview: Three rounds of Video
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the broadband business segment to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Account Management: Oversee the sales process for an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring adherence to sales processes and best practices.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Cable, Internet, fiber providers, satellite companies, and technology providers in Communications Industry.
- Sales Process Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.
- Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Partner with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Business Reviews: Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Organize and participate in customer meetings, executive connects, and technical roadshows to showcase our solutions and capabilities.
- Industry Participation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our offerings.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as required.
- Growth Initiatives: Drive new growth initiatives while defending and expanding existing business within the assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree.
- 10 years of experience in sales/account management.
- Proven track record of selling to Cable, Internet, fiber providers, satellite companies, and technology providers in Communications Industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
