Role : Loan IQ Specialist /Loan IQ BA
Location: Columbus, OH / Overland Park, KS
Duration : Long Term
Work with a cross-functional teams in optimization of application capabilities & business processes.
- Provide Business Analysis and Project/Product support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and on-going support of the relevant lines of business (LOBs).
- Ability to influence and gather requirements for new application features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities. and run requirements through Business team and procure signoffs
- Capture requirements for a moderately complex system and/or multiple systems; understands the SDLC and its impact on deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and convey with appropriate level of detail to the development team.
- Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.
- As a BAU Business Analyst. Ability to intake the Production intake tickets based on the Business Impact and priority
- Advocate for the technical task and testing requirements
- Clear testing and dev team clarifications and govern implementations
- Monitor production on postproduction implementations to ensure corrected behavior
- Understands security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed.
Requirements:
- Domain: Commercial Lending, Finance, Originations, Lending Integrations, Portfolio Management, Banking Risk controls, Payments, Real world Servicing Operations, Institutional Banking, Wealth Lending (Private banking for U-HNI)
- Collaboration & Communication skills with line of business owners, including gathering, writing, and communicating requirements with technology teams.
- Tech: Web API Services, Oracle SQL, SQL Server, Big Data, LoanIQ, SAS/Python, Excel Reporting, Technical writing, Story telling
- Strong skillset needed in Jira, Confluence and Visio.
- Experience with Finastera
- Process: Agile and CI-CD
- Regulatory: Experience with FR requirements, Pledge, Servicing reports, Work in Progress reports
