We are seeking a skilled SAP OTC Consultant to join our team at HelixBeat. This role is pivotal in leveraging SAP solutions to optimize our healthcare technology offerings and improve operational efficiencies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP OTC solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Configure and customize SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module to support OTC processes, including sales orders, pricing, billing, and credit management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, FI, and PP, to ensure smooth integration.
- Support end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Handle ATP (Available-to-Promise), credit checks, and delivery scheduling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC-related issues, providing functional and technical support.
- Assist in data migration, system testing, and user training.
- Document configurations, business process flows, and training materials.
- Support post-go-live activities and ongoing enhancements.
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or similar role within the healthcare technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC (Order-to-Cash cycle).
- EDI integration experience with 3PL and TPM.
- Pharma experience a plus.
- Global implementation experience a plus.
- offshore onsite model experience a plus.
- Strong configuration experience.
- Integration with MM, FI , SCM.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
