Job Description
VLink is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager to join our sales team. As an individual contributor, you'll be responsible for expanding our client base, maintaining relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and select suitable candidates
- Align candidates with client expectations
- SUPERVISE and coach associate performance
- Build strong relationships with clients for long-term growth
- Identify client staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Regularly review service delivery with clients
Requirements:
- Experience in IT staffing sales (temp./temp-to-hire/direct hire)
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment
- Proven ability to prospect new leads, build client relationships, and gather requirements
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
