What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office and Staff Manager position at Vlore POS+ and Bakery?

We are an established Bakery and Credit Card Merchant Service company seeking a full-time highly organized, skilled Office Administrator with bookkeeping and project managment duties.

Required:

· A professional with office management skills.

· Self-starter with positive attitude, motivated to work independently and able to stay on task without oversight.

· Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple projects at once.

· Strong computer skills.

· Quickbooks experience is a must.

· Reliable year-round transportation necessary.

Duties:

· Assist with accounting operations, order supplies, answer phones, digital file management, and office organization.

· Recruit, hire, train and manage administrative staff including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and developing

· Support employees as needed with onboarding, training, onsite and offsite employee questions, and paperwork assistance

· Assist with producing proper and accurate shipping documents.

· Maintain detailed, accurate daily notes for tasks completed and upcoming projects.

· Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, entering financial transactions, reconcile credit card statements.

· Entering new client’s and vendor info in the QuickBooks

· Respond to customer or vendor inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

· Interact with customers, vendors, and team in a positive, productive manner.

· Create and maintain spreadsheets if necessary.

· Create and submit customer invoices in accordance with contract requirements

· Keep accurate financial records and ledgers

· Schedule travel for traveling employees using the most cost effective means available
