We are looking for a tenacious, results-focused Solutions Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, identify potential customers, and enhance and maintain relationships with existing customers in our non-hazardous Special waste and waste-to-energy initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing Company revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales in the Southern California (LA, Orange, Riverside and San Bernadino counties) region, San Diego, CA or Phoenix
Job Responsibilities :
- Create a well-developed pipeline of potential customers at amounts to exceed revenue goals.
- Identify viable leads, manage prospects, and acquire new, profitable customers to meet and exceed established targeted revenue goals.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients in designated market.
- Help customers select services based on their needs, specifications, and regulations.
- Emphasize company features based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of company capabilities and limitations.
- Answer customers' questions about prices, timelines, and logistics.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements.
- Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
- Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their services and to answer any questions or concerns.
