Entry Level Customer Relations Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing relationships with clients
- Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
- Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Support all team members
- Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
- Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience
Entry Level Customer Relations Manager Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Self-motivated, determined, and confident
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- 0-2 Years experience in Territory Sales, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)
- Travel is required
