Victor Martinez and Associates, Inc. is a Southern California property management company based in Ontario, California. We are looking for an on-site receptionist.
The receptionist will work primarily with the property management team to help accomplish a variety of tasks related to daily operations and communications.
We are looking to add a driven individual to our team. Our ideal candidate is organized, responsible and detail orientated.
Job Duties:
The receptionist will perform organizational tasks including, but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Relaying resident complaints to the appropriate manager
- Greet visitors
- Scanning
- Compiling paperwork
- Keeping digital records organized
- Calculating monthly expenses
- Account deposits
- Maintaining email correspondence
- Telephone communication
- Data Entry
- Assist the office team
