Key Responsibilities not limited to:
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and other platforms to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screening & Outreach: Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and initiate outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, or social media to gauge interest and qualifications.
- Job Postings & Advertisements: Create and post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), ensuring they are optimized to attract top talent.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring the interview process runs smoothly for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition to understand role requirements, provide candidate updates, and facilitate smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure that candidates have a positive experience by providing timely communication, updates, and assistance throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting & Metrics: Help track and report on recruiting metrics such as candidate pipelines, response rates, and time-to-fill for various roles.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support (preferred).
- Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and basic Boolean search techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate and organized candidate records while managing multiple tasks at once.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage interview schedules, candidate pipelines, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Paylocity to manage candidate data.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including recruiters, HR, and hiring managers.
- Proactive: Ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and work independently while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
