We are seeking a skilled Rubber Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate rubber processing machinery, monitor production quality, and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Not Limited To
- Operate and monitor rubber molding, extrusion, or other processing machines.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
- Inspect products for quality control and ensure they meet company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and company procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in rubber manufacturing or machine operation (preferred).
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
