• Ability to understand SAP manufacturing execution process
• Good knowledge in SAP PP, WM and QM integration
• Good knowledge in SAP and other 3rd party system integration
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Lead the onsite and offshore team
Experience Required Required
•Worked on Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Process (Evaluate Planning Results, External MPS Demand, Manual correction of Planned order, Run Direct Materials, Scheduling and Capacity Leveling , Send updates to External Systems)
• Minimum 2 Hands-on experience in S4 HANA implementation preferred S4 HANA 1909.
• Hands-on experience in MES Integration. MES product name – Opcenter.
• Engaged or worked with multi-national clients having global presence
• Should have strong Planning background like Demand planning, Supply planning, MRP, long term planning, SAP JDA Integration & 3pl JDA & EDI Integration.
• End to End Implementation experience, Upgrade Knowledge, Enhancements, Development, Rollout and Production Support experience in following:
• SAP Warehouse Management master data
• Goods Receipts
• Goods Issues
• Stock Replenishment
• Picking Strategies
• Putaway Strategies
• Inventory Procedures
• Internal Warehouse processes
• Mobile Data Entry
• Storage Unit Management
• Handling Unit Management
• Integration With MM,SD
• Production Planning
• Quality Management
• Batch Management processes
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience within the Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management space (QM) is required.
• Participation in two full cycle implementations within PP/QM and/or a minimum of 2 years of run support experience are required.
• Experience in Production Planning, Quality Management and Batch Management processes is required.
• Knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) is preferred
