*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent(PMP/CSM), preferably in Business or Information Management
*Total 10 years of Project management and/or business systems experience
*Understanding and familiarity with project management and portfolio management best practices
*Understanding and familiarity with agile processes and methodologies
*Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
*Strong presentation and facilitation skills
*Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
*Ability to communicate and report initiative and project status to variety of business audiences
*Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational and motivational skills
Certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
● Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning and scoping through to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
● Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
● Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Technical Leadership:
● Provide technical guidance and expertise on Databricks and AWS best practices to the project team.
● Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design scalable and efficient data solutions that meet client requirements.
● Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and other relevant policies and procedures. Client Management
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
● Manage client expectations, communicate project status updates, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
● Identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements to existing solutions and work with the sales team to drive business growth. Team Development
