What you will do :
Grow in a fulfilling career as an Airport Security Screener at the Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) working alongside a team of aviation security professionals. You will use your outstanding customer service and criticalthinking skills while ensuring passenger safety by identifying and preventing unsafe objects from entering onto aircraft.
Responsibilities specific to this role include but are not limited to :
- Passenger and Baggage Screening
- Operating various screening equipment.
- Communicating and interacting with travelers
Qualifications : What you will need :
Be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. NationalBe at least 18 years of ageHave a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)Pass a computerized assessment (grammar and ability to interpret Xrays)Pass a medical evaluation (vision hearing and joint mobility exam)Pass preemployment drug testPass a TSA background and financial records checkAbility to work any day Monday Sunday and any shift between 12 : 00 AM and 11 : 59 PMMinimum Clearance to Start : Public TrustWhat we offer :
