JOB SUMMARY
The Events Manager role involves organizing and managing events such as trade shows, conferences, and internal/external symposiums. Key responsibilities include handling logistics, coordinating event details, and ensuring successful execution of all events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and manage trade shows, conferences, and symposiums.
- Handle logistics for all events, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Develop event schedules and timelines to ensure all activities run on time.
- Create and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning and execution.
- Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all details are executed as planned.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Evaluate event success through feedback and post-event analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of HubSpot
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of event planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer/client support
- Attention to detail
Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
Travel:
- Require 30% to 50% travel, with increased travel during busy conference seasons and reduced travel during off-peak periods.
