If so, we may be looking for you! We’re recruiting a Center Manager for the Renew Wellness location of Formula Wellness. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring a patient-focused environment while leading a high-performing team. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to manage clinic activities efficiently and align them with organizational goals.

Formula Wellness is a comprehensive, medical-based program that provides personalized consultation, preventive testing, and integrated wellness and aesthetics services, empowering individuals to pursue longevity inside out. The company’s founding cornerstones to holistic wellness include nutrition, hormone balance, supplementation, and aesthetics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical / med spa setting.
• Proven success in a leadership or management role for 5 years.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with payroll processes, including commission and bonus payouts.
• Proven ability to delegate effectively and manage team workflows.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and clinic operations software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Foster a positive and cohesive culture that aligns with the values of Formula Wellness.
• Oversee the clinic’s daily operations to maintain smooth workflows and exceptional patient care.
• Monitor the clinic’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Ensure the clinic achieves monthly sales goals by motivating staff, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for growth.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Lead the onboarding and training of new staff to build a skilled and cohesive team.
• Create and enforce policies and procedures, communicating changes effectively to all staff.
• Supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and conduct routine performance evaluations.
• Calculate and process commissions and bonus payouts accurately for payroll.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulations.
• Delegate and assign tasks to optimize staff efficiency and clinic performance.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
