Due to our continued growth, VMG Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader at our headquarters in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas.
The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for the oversight and direction of the full life cycle of the recruiting process for the organization, in partnership and alignment with firm Talent strategies. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the talent attraction and candidate experience strategies as well as recruiting for experienced hires. As the firm expands, the Director will be responsible for assembling, leading, inspiring, and developing a high performing team.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including the use of staffing agencies, campus recruitment efforts, and referral programs, that align with business goals and workforce planning.
- Collaborates with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize current and future recruitment efforts.
- Build and lead the recruiting department, developing, scaling, and refining policies and procedures, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Performs the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for all levels of staff at the firm.
- Leads employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote the company culture.
- Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for key roles and ensures proactive recruitment strategies are in place.
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to maximize reach.
- Develops, tracks and reports recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Adjust operating models as necessary based on early warning signs of metrics.
- Act in an advisory capacity to hiring managers, providing training and guidance on interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Identifies opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Responsible for identifying and implementing market best practices and best-in-class techniques for screening, interviewing, and selection, partnering with HR leaders to create a world class candidate experience.
- Serve as a strategic guide for the implementation and optimization of the applicant tracking system.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of relevant recruitment industry experience; preferably hiring finance professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- A minimum of four years in a leadership role with responsibility for a recruitment team and dedicated to team’s professional growth and development.
- Self-starter with a track record of execution and strategic vision; able to drive work forward within a fast-paced, dynamic, high growth environment.
- Implement and sustain a continuous improvement culture to create efficiencies and improve service to internal clients and candidates.
- Thrive in a solutions-oriented culture where innovation and creative problem solving is a critical requirement.
- Strong client and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
