Our company is seeking a highly organized individual to work closely with our VP. The ideal candidate will help manage the coordination and distribution of marketing materials and maintain an effective database of information. The Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for managing our events calendar and help with the planning process along with contributing to our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and forward emails to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Personally invite top-tier customers to exclusive events.
- Draft and send emails and text messages.
- Develop and manage targeted marketing materials, including email blasts, literature, and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate event and tradeshow logistics, including registration, exhibitor badges, and collateral.
- Oversee the marketing budget and expenses, tracking estimated vs. actual costs.
- Calculate ROI for post-event and project assessments.
- Create and manage timelines for event deliverables.
- Write marketing proposals for cooperative projects.
- Update the website monthly, including newsletters and upcoming events.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on leads by the sales team.
- Maintain and update the database regularly.
- Keep brochures organized and current, distributing both physical and electronic versions to offices.
- Ensure the office remains well-organized and fully functional.
- Provide front desk support, including greeting and checking in visitors for internal events, and providing coverage as needed.
- Plan and schedule meetings, including setting up conference rooms and arranging catering.
- Perform other tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.

This is a Part-time to Full-Time position, an ideal candidate will be graduating in the next four to twelve months and will be looking to transition to FT. FT position will report to HQ, and should be local to the CA, Bay Area, able and willing to work in office.
This position will be required to travel 2-6 times a year for events and trade-shows.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
