Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Testing Lead

Essential Functions:

• Electrical – PDU, Controller, Panel Assembly/build Experience
• Testing with high voltage exposure, RF
• Calibration of RF Power products
• Schematic /Wiring – Readability of connection details
• Cable & Harness – Build the cables on need basis (aware of using different crimp tools and cable building tools)
• Box build assembly work.
• Testing – HIPOT experience.
• Testing – HIPOT experience
• Production support & Testing
• Semi system safety requirements
• SEMI Equipment Knowledge – Preferred
• Documentation – Record or document the above activities for build procedure/test procedures.
• Experience of Handling 3 to 5 people and guiding on the above.
• Generate Progress reports with schedule and quality
• Review Meetings with assigned customer spoc’s and managers

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Cable & Harness Assembly: 5 years (Preferred)
• Box Build Assembly: 5 years (Preferred)
• SEMI Standards: 5 years (Preferred)
• Electrical Systems: 5 years (Preferred)
• High Voltage Testing: 5 years (Preferred)
• RF Power Calibration: 6 years (Preferred)
• Schematic/Wiring: 5 years (Preferred)
