We are currently looking for a QC Verifier to join our team in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. This position is ideal for candidates with entry-level experience or those who have Experience in Quality assurance and control.
As a QC Verifier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting inspections, performing tests on electronic components and systems, and verifying compliance with specifications and quality standards. You will be tasked with identifying defects or discrepancies during the production process and documenting your findings accurately.
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail coupled with excellent analytical skills. Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies commonly used in electrical manufacturing is preferred but not required as we provide training for successful applicants. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other teams such as production and engineering to address any quality issues effectively.

Requirements
- Entry-level to 3 years of experience in quality control within the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies, including inspection techniques and testing protocols.
- Basic understanding of industry standards such as ISO 9001 or IPC-A-610.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills for identifying defects and discrepancies.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters for product evaluation.
- Capability to document findings clearly and concisely while maintaining accurate records of inspections conducted.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineering teams on quality-related issues.
- Willingness to learn about new technologies and processes relevant to the role.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Assist in the development and refinement of inspection processes and protocols to enhance overall product quality.

- Participate in root cause analysis for defects or failures, contributing insights toward process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the production lifecycle.
- Support training initiatives by sharing knowledge on quality control practices with new team members as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of testing materials, ensuring availability for uninterrupted inspection activities.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback regarding product design flaws or inefficiencies observed during inspections.
