We seek a passionate and driven individual with a proven track record of developing innovative and award-winning creative work in the healthcare/pharma industry. The ideal candidate will be a strong conceptual thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding creative teams to deliver outstanding results. What You'll Do: Lead and mentor creative team(s), providing guidance and inspiration to produce high-quality work that aligns with creative briefs and effectively addresses client challenges. Contribute original creative concepts and collaborate with Strategy teams to develop and refine creative briefs. Partner closely with copywriters to ensure creative concepts are effectively translated into compelling messaging and storytelling. Develop and present award-worthy creative concepts and recommendations to clients, clearly articulating how the work meets strategic and business objectives. Oversee production efforts, ensuring projects are executed within budget and timelines, while effectively managing client expectations. Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand project scope and enhance value. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines for various brands and scopes. Who You Are: A creative visionary with a passion for healthcare communications and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. What You'll Need: 5-7 years of relevant experience in a client or agency setting, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual thinking, preferably with examples of award-winning work in the healthcare/pharma industry. Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
