If you have a solid foundation in biomedical sciences and a desire to learn about the medical communications industry, this is your chance to make a real impact. What You'll Do: Partner with scientific, account, and editorial teams to ensure scientific accuracy across all client projects and new business initiatives. Interpret and distill complex scientific information from medical journals and clinical study reports into clear and engaging marketing messages. Contribute to the creation of compelling scientific content. Conduct thorough literature searches and research on physician opinion leaders, medical journals, and conferences. Collaborate with clients and editorial staff to incorporate feedback and revisions. Participate in scientific and client meetings alongside senior team members. Build professional relationships with key opinion leaders and faculty in relevant therapeutic areas. Master and adhere to internal processes, demonstrating a commitment to quality and efficiency. Who You Are: A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong scientific background. Intellectually curious and eager to learn about the medical education and communication landscape. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Able to exercise sound judgment, manage time effectively, and multitask efficiently. Possessing a strong professional work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile. What You'll Need: Advanced degree in biomedical sciences (MD, PhD). 0-1 year of experience in a medical communications agency (preferred). Strong professional writing experience in biosciences/medical fields. Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Internet search, and PubMed.
