ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- We’re looking for a Community Manager to work on a major Tech Brand to build and retain engagement across our social channels focusing on B2B engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other Social Channels.
- You will have exceptional oral and written communication skills and be able to develop engaging content. You should have the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community as well as act as the face and voice of the brand and manage all community communications.
- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Understanding and implementing the brand POV while confidently responding and connecting with followers.
- Being proactive and seeking out new and unique opportunities for the brand to connect with customers and creators.
- Working with the creative team to provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
- Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews.
- Coordinating with relevant departments and teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaising with brand departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Building and managing relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Experience launching initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
