What you’ll do :
- Creative Leadership : Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives that reflect the brand’s personality and engage customers.
- Copywriting Excellence : Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and in-store communications.
- Brand Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and maintain the brand’s voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of creatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and inspiration.
- Market Insight : Understand market trends and consumer behavior to inform creative strategies and ensure relevance in the QSR space.
- Project Oversight : Manage multiple projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely delivery.
