VML is searching for a Senior Experience Designer, UX. The experience design, UX, is responsible for optimizing the behaviors and expectations of users within an experience. They study what the user does before, during, and after an experience, and why. UXers create models and prototypes, and rely on user feedback for proof or basis for iterations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draw upon analytical and process-oriented skills to generate human-centered recommendations using design thinking methods
- Do user research, primary and secondary, to develop personas and user and interaction flow diagrams
- Develop information architecture (IA), annotated wireframes, interaction design prototypes and documentation
- Evaluate existing sites for usefulness, usability and best practices
- Collaborate with UI and copywriter to execute design vision
- Support and participate in user testing
- Understand both client goals and user needs

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
60,000 — $140,000 USD
