We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work. The Associate Finance Director will manage the financial processes standardization efforts across the region. This role will actively participate and partner with client finance and central accounting teams to design, document and operationalize processes to ensure consistency, efficiency and effective execution. Responsibilities:
Manage integration efforts for acquired or transferred units. Provide integration support to accounting teams to ensure harmonization with existing VML processes, controls and best practices. Management of earnout audits, fair value assessments and regular detailed reviews of financial performance. Analysis of consolidated balance sheet for the North America region, including analysis of NWC accounts, local accounting and financial reporting for operating companies in North America. Support tax team with the collection of documentation for BEAT analysis, Transfer Pricing matters, and business specific tax matters. Provide business subject matter expertise to assist in the implementation and configuration of tax engine modules. Coordination with Risk & Compliance Group of control matrix Main point of contact for regional audits, including internal, external and SOX audits for the regional Headquarters and the local operating companies. Assist in preparation of presentations to Senior Management Other projects as needed by Regional Controller Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Excellent analytical/problem solving and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner Supervisory experience Ability to work with leaders across many capabilities Ability to understand the holistic impacts of change in process Experience in designing SOX or ICFR controls and involvement in audits Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with stakeholders at all levels Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
