We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Medical Director to join our VML Health team. If you have a strong background in biomedical sciences, a passion for medical communications, and a desire to lead and mentor others, we encourage you to apply.
What You'll Do :
- Collaborate with scientific, account, and editorial teams to ensure the scientific integrity of client projects and new business development.
- Provide scientific guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, conduct in-depth research, and develop high-quality scientific content.
- Interpret complex data from medical journals and clinical study reports, translating them into clear and impactful marketing messages.
- Conduct literature searches and research on physician opinion leaders, medical journals, and conferences.
- Manage client interactions, providing scientific expertise and project updates.
- Review and approve scientific materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively identify and implement innovative approaches to data presentation.
- Oversee internal processes and provide guidance to team members on best practices.
