We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Medical Director to join our VML Health team. If you have a strong background in biomedical sciences, a passion for medical communications, and a desire to lead and mentor others, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with scientific, account, and editorial teams to ensure the scientific integrity of client projects and new business development.
• Provide scientific guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, conduct in-depth research, and develop high-quality scientific content.
• Interpret complex data from medical journals and clinical study reports, translating them into clear and impactful marketing messages.
• Conduct literature searches and research on physician opinion leaders, medical journals, and conferences.
• Manage client interactions, providing scientific expertise and project updates.
• Review and approve scientific materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Proactively identify and implement innovative approaches to data presentation.
• Oversee internal processes and provide guidance to team members on best practices.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
