The Manager of Data Activation plays a critical role in analyzing campaign performance data, extracting key insights, and presenting findings to both internal teams and clients. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven storytelling. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Smartsheet ecosystem, which is central to our campaign creation and management process. You will also leverage Tableau dashboards as a primary data source for performance analysis.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with media and client engagement teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into campaign strategies and execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data within Tableau and other data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop compelling narratives based on data analysis to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client presentations.
- Proactively identify potential test and learn opportunities based on data insights and formulate hypotheses for experimentation.
- Maintain and update the Smartsheet ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow for campaign management. This includes building and updating formulas within Smartsheet to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of data activation processes and best practices.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and activation.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to a growing team.
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within the advertising industry
- Proven ability to extract insights from data and translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with Tableau (creating and modifying dashboards, calculations) is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Smartsheets, including building and updating formulas, is strongly preferred.
